NEW!! Chair yoga is at Trinity! Want to try yoga but getting up and down off the floor is a struggle or just not possible? Chair yoga still offers amazing benefits: improves strength and flexibility, promotes stability, reduces stress and improves mental clarity, and it’s fun!! This class is appropriate for everyone, including seniors and those with mobility challenges. Join us every Tuesday morning in Shepherds Hall from 11:30-12:30. First class is free!!
