When do we worship?
We worship every Sunday at 8:30am and 10:45am. It is a communion service. For upcoming events please see our calendar.
Where is Trinity Lutheran Church located?
Trinity Lutheran Church is located about 1/2 mile past the Putnam Plaza in Carmel, NY. Just follow the directions located here.
How do people dress for church service?
Wear what ever you feel comfortable in. Our worship services are casual. You will see some people in dresses and suits, others in jeans and golf shirts, and lots of folks in slacks and sweaters. You should not worry about it come as you are
Is there child care during the church service?
There is no child care during service. Children of all ages are warmly welcomed to service.
If I visit your church, will I be subjected to a heavy pitch?
No, it's not our style and we don't think it's a good way to grow our community of faith. After your visit us, you can speak with Pastor to answer any questions you may have. We do ask that you sign our guest book.
Must I be familiar with the Lutheran Worship to fully participate in your Sunday service?
No, every part of our service is detailed in a program that is given to you by an usher as you enter the church. Many elements of the service will be familiar to you if you have attended a Catholic, Episcopal, Methodist or Presbyterian church service.
Do I need to bring a bible with me?
No. All of the scripture readings are printed in the programs and hymnals are located in the pews.
Is the building accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. You should park in the upper parking lot in the marked spots. This will enable you to easily access the front door and the sanctuary.
Are there other activities on Sunday morning?
Yes. We offer refreshments in Fellowship Hall from 9:30am until 9:45am and an adult faith formation hour from 9:45am until 10:30am .
